This website has no forms, does not ask for any personal data, and does not use cookies. This page explains what happens to your data if you write to us.

Data controller

If you send us an email

We will use your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to arrange activities with your school, library, or book club. The legal basis is the consent you give by writing to us (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). We will keep your emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and, after that, for the periods required by law.

We do not share your data with anyone unless the law requires it. Hostinger, the hosting and email provider of this website, processes it on our behalf as a data processor.

If you are a minor, please ask a parent or guardian to write to us for you.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing, ask for its processing to be restricted or for a copy to take elsewhere (portability), and withdraw your consent by writing to info@custodiosdeltapiz.com. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Server logs

Like any website, the server automatically records technical data about each visit (IP address, date and time, requested page, and browser type) to keep the service running and secure. These logs are managed by the hosting provider and are deleted after a while.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies or use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server. If you click a purchase link, you will go to Amazon, which has its own cookie and privacy policies.
